March Madness: Southern Conference Tournament Projection

southerncon.jpg

The thing I didn’t real think about before I embarked upon this 30-part series of conference tournament projections was that I’d ideally be able to write at least a paragraph or two about that conference to preface the projections.

In the case of the Southern Conference, this is next to impossible for me to do. I know they have a high-level scorer named Stephen Curry that plays for Davidson. I also happen to know that Davidson was nationally ranked in the last AP poll (#25). And I think T.O. may have played for Chattanooga’s basketball team. But that’s about the extent of my knowledge of this conference.

Well, that and what the computer tells me.
